para financiar 25 proyectos de desarrollo en comunidades Tacana, Ese Ejja y comunidades interculturales con la canalizaci\u00f3n $US 850.000 en ecosistemas cr\u00edticos en la Amazon\u00eda boliviana, orientados a combinar mitigaci\u00f3n de efectos negativos de infraestructura carretera, conservaci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad y uso planificado de la tierra. En este sentido incluye componentes tales como: inversi\u00f3n en proyectos sostenibles competitivos; dise\u00f1o de planes de uso de la tierra participativos; participaci\u00f3n comunitaria en planes municipales y manejo, monitoreo, evaluaci\u00f3n y diseminaci\u00f3n de los conocimientos generados en las diferentes class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El Proyecto abarc\u00f3 los siguientes componentes:<\/p><ul><li>Conformaci\u00f3n\/ Conducci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 Directivo del Proyecto conformado por representantes de los actores clave arriba mencionados y representantes del VIPFE y del Banco Mundial seg\u00fan agenda.<\/li><li>Dise\u00f1o participativo de planes de uso de la tierra de 40 comunidades interculturales e ind\u00edgenas.<\/li><li>Convocatoria a proyectos y capacitaci\u00f3n a comunidades en dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n de planes y proyectos.<\/li><li>Inversi\u00f3n en proyectos sostenibles competitivos en 31 comunidades interculturales e ind\u00edgenas en base a los planes de uso de la tierra comunal.<\/li><li>Participaci\u00f3n comunitaria en planes municipales de desarrollo local en base a insumos de los planes de uso de la tierra comunal y proyectos agroforestales, de turismo y artesan\u00edas.<\/li><li>Monitoreo, evaluaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de los conocimientos generados en las diferentes experiencias.<\/li><\/ul><p>Con el Proyecto se generaron insumos para normativas comunales y municipales de uso sostenible de la tierra, impulsos al aprovechamiento sostenible de recursos naturales a trav\u00e9s de sistemas agroforestales, turismo, artesan\u00eda, pesca y recolecci\u00f3n de productos forestales no maderables.<\/p><p>M\u00e1s espec\u00edficamente, 1. la capacidad de planificaci\u00f3n se ha mejorado a nivel comunitario como lo demuestran 39 planes de uso de la tierra preparados por las comunidades y presentados a su municipio, as\u00ed como por la inclusi\u00f3n de estos planes en la planificaci\u00f3n del municipio; 2. la implementaci\u00f3n de 31 peque\u00f1as inversionespara beneficiar a las poblaciones m\u00e1s desfavorecidas; y 3. las comunidades se empoderaron para mayor participaci\u00f3n en la planificaci\u00f3n municipal.<\/p><p>Los actores clave del Proyecto DETCAA fueron el Consejo Ind\u00edgena del Pueblo Tacana (CIPTA), el Consejo Ind\u00edgena de Mujeres Tacanas (CIMTA), Federaci\u00f3n Intercultural de Productores de Abel Iturralde (FESPAI), la Federaci\u00f3n Intercultural de Mujeres Productoras de Abel Iturralde (FESMAI), la Comunidad Eyiyoquibo del Pueblo Esse Ejja y los Gobiernos Aut\u00f3nomos Municipales de San Buenaventura e Ixiamas en la Provincia Abel Iturralde en Norte del Departamento de La Paz.
